1. This instrument complies with the national standard "GB/T 11059-2011 - Determination of Crude Oil Vapor Pressure by Expansion Method".

2. The core main unit adopts TI's AM3354 processor, Cortex-A8 core, 1GHz main frequency; the operating system uses Windows Embedded Compact 7 real-time industrial control system. It completely abandons the microcontroller without a core or operating system, truly realizing the modernization of instrument control and ushering the instrument into a new intelligent era.

3. Historical data storage uses FLASH data memory, capable of storing 2010 historical records, with stored data being unalterable.

4. The printer employs a micro-embedded thermal printer, offering quieter, faster, and clearer printing; a dot matrix printer can also be customized for long-lasting, non-fading print results.

5. The display uses an Innolux original 7.0-inch 800×480 pixel true-color TFT-LCD screen, with a fully Chinese operating interface, providing detailed, intuitive, and elegant display.

9. Features parameter setting storage function; after power loss, the previous parameter settings are retained upon restart.

10. Piston-type pressure transmitter, with stable structure and accurate measurement, provides real-time feedback of the measurement chamber pressure.

12. The instrument has built-in high-precision sample intake and discharge valves, independently designed and manufactured by our company, driven by high-torque precision motors, perfectly solving the impact of leakage and excess volume on test results.

13. The instrument's measurement chamber is equipped with a shaking mechanism that agitates the chamber during the test, ensuring full volatilization of the sample and accurate measurement of the vapor pressure.

14. The instrument's testing process is fully automated, requiring no manual observation. It automatically completes steps such as sample intake, expansion, shaking, temperature control, detection, and sample discharge. Upon test completion, the instrument automatically prints the test results, greatly freeing the hands of laboratory operators.
